As an attendee at the SimTech 2023 conference in Stuttgart, I agree to treat other attendees with respect regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, physical ability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, language, or religion (including no religion). I recognize this statement applies to in-person conference sessions, online sessions, social program, and social media posts during the SimTech2023 conference.

Cancellation policy

Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. In this case, the original participant should provide a letter of authorization with the letter of cancellation, mentioning the name of the substitute delegate.

All cancellations must be made in writing to the organizing committee via e-mail to tagung@informatik-forum.org

Registrations cancelled before 2023-09-06 will be fully refunded. In case of cancellation on or after 2023-09-06 we will charge 50 % of the applicable registration fee. For cancellations on or after 2023-09-20 we will charge the full registration fee.
